Our Director
Dr. David T. Glover, is a published microbiologist with over 15 years of food industry and regulatory expertise. Dr. Glover started his career as an academic researcher, specializing in bacterial pathogenesis and vaccine antigen characterization research. Dr. Glover’s research resulted in multiple international patents and a pharmaceutical licensing agreement. Additionally, Dr. Glover served as an academic instructor, helping to inspire and mold the minds of the next generation of scientists.
After leaving academia Dr. Glover worked as a Consumer Safety Officer for the Food and Drug Administration in the Atlanta District Office. During this time, he was trained/certified in a wide host of FDA regulatory areas and completed over 130 FDA establishment inspections. Dr. Glover took his regulatory expertise to the private sector, serving as Quality and Sanitation Manager at several food manufacturing facilities, working in several industries including meat processing and bakery/snack food manufacturing.
With this host of knowledge and experience, Dr. Glover started his own consulting firm, E.A.A. Quality Food Solutions, LLC. Dr. Glover is a certified Lead Auditor, specializing in the Safe Quality Food (SQF) food safety scheme. Additionally, he provides expert knowledge of Quality Programs, Sanitation Programs, and Microbial/Pathogen Mitigation Strategies.
